Sweaty Sands gets a massive makeover and a luxurious beachfront property. You’ll find a tall hotel, boardwalk stores, and even a skatepark. As one of the major beach landmarks, this is going to be a highly trafficked area. It’s also one of the coolest, with a connecting bay filled with islands — this is where boats are going to fight it out for supremacy.
