30 Amazing NEW Games Still to be Released in 2018

May 21, 2018 by Dennis Patrick

Here are 30 incredible video game titles that have yet to be released in 2018.

#2 Super Smash Bros
  • Developer: Bandai Namco Games
  • Publisher: Nintendo
  • Platforms: NS
  • Release: 2018

One of the biggest announcements to have come from Nintendo’s March 2018 Direct was official word of Super Smash Bros. 2018 will see the delivery of a Super Smash Bros. video game title on the Nintendo Switch, but we’re still left wondering what new locations or characters will be coming to the installment.

All we have right now is a small teaser showing an Inkling girl from Splatoon 2 looking at the Super Smash Bros. logo, along with some silhouettes of a few key characters. Likewise, we don’t have an official release date attached to the game quite yet, but we’ll continue to update you with the latest.

#1 Red Dead Redemption 2
  • Developer: Rockstar Studios
  • Publisher: Rockstar Games
  • Platforms: PS4, XBO
  • Release: October 26, 2018

Rockstar Games has crafted up a number of incredible pieces of work. Their beloved long-running series Grand Theft Auto, the single IP release of Bully, and of course their old western series, Red Dead Redemption just to name a few. Red Dead Redemption has a massive following and gamers all over the world are undoubtedly waiting for new information to trickle down from Rockstar for their upcoming installment, Red Dead Redemption 2.

Gamers can be delighted to know that the latest trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 reveals the narrative. Within the upcoming game, players will progress through an adventure featuring an outlaw named Arthur Morgan and the Va der Linde gang. This appears to be a gritty western and if it’s similar to the original Red Dead Redemption along with Grand Theft Auto V then there is likely to be a few random encounter missions to take part in outside of the main campaign.
