New Prey Video Showcases Morgan Yu, Gameplay, and Player Choice

March 23, 2017 by Kris Kittie

Only Yu can save the world.

A new video for Prey has been released, and features a plethora of a gameplay along with some more detailed information on Morgan Yu, the character you will be playing as.

In Prey, Morgan Yu is not only trying to fight off the Typhons aboard Talos I but is also trying to figure out who they are. You can play either a male or a female version of Morgan. This is because the developers want players to identify with the character as much as possible during their gameplay.

As the developers note in the video, the player certainly has a large role in defining who Morgan is as a character. This engagement is crucial to the immersive experience that is Prey.

As you will soon discover that Morgan is leaving clues for the player to allow them to discover who Yu truly is. Soon after, players realize they find themselves at the center of an experiment that redefines what it means to be human.

Prey will be released worldwide on May 5th for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
