Here’s the description for Farpoint:
Farpoint is an unnerving VR space adventure set on a hostile alien planet. On a mission to pick up scientists studying an anomaly with the potential of limitless power near Jupiter, a rupture from the anomaly transports the player and scientists to an unknown alien world. Separated from their colleagues, players must use holographic logs scattered throughout the landscape to reunite with the scientists and escape the planet. Players explore and discover the secrets of the planet, blasting their way through hordes of indigenous and alien creatures with the optional/compatible PlayStation VR Aim Controller.
• The natural feel and precise controls of the PlayStation VR Aim Controller creates a strong physical connection to the virtual world
• Traverse the vast planet to discover video logs as you track down the scientists and find a way off the planet
• Master various weapons – from charged plasma rifles to railguns – in the fight through packs of hostile alien life
PlayStation recently announced that the beloved PSVR bundles are back in stock. In addition, to the bundle making a return, Sony also announced a new PS VR bundle featuring the frightening adrenaline ride of Until Dawn: Rush of Blood. This bundle, however, will be exclusive to GameStop and EB Games.
Sony has also released the sales figures with regards to the PlayStation VR hardware, and they completely trump the competition. It is revealed that 915,000 PSVR headsets have been purchased as of February 19th, 2017. This places Sony at the top of the VR market, by a long shot.

In comparison to competitors, the end of 2016 estimates that the Oculus Rift had sales of 243000 units and the HTC Vive, 420000 units. Neither company has revealed their official sales figures, but these estimations originate from the SuperData research firm.
It is possible that sales for the PSVR did not achieve its potential, as global chief executive of Sony Interactive, Andrew House, revealed to the New York Times that he was too cautious with the production of the hardware, resulting in scarcity in stores.
“It’s the classic case in any organization — the guys who are on the front end in sales are getting very excited, very hyped up. You have to temper that with other voices inside the company, myself among them, saying let’s just be a little bit careful.”
Farpoint is set to release for PSVR on May 16.
