343 Industries and Microsoft have released a new Forward Unto Dawn video for its upcoming game Halo 4, titled “Joyride”. The new video is the fourth vignette from the upcoming live-action series on Machinima Prime and the Halo Waypoint.
Like the previously released vignettes, “Joyride” follows the recruits of Corbulo Academy of Military Science as they train with UNSC equipment and tactical gear, including the iconic Warthog land vehicle. The recruits share their enthusiasm about the Corbulo Academy’s specially customized Warthog, which has undoubtedly had a bit of hands-on time from the crew of Pimp My Ride.
For those unfamiliar with Foward Unto Dawn, the series is described as a “live-action digital series based on the bset-selling Xbox franchise that brings a brand new Halo story to life on a scale never before seen in the universe.” Following the weekly vignettes, the main series is set to debut on October 5 and will be five episodes long leading up to the worldwide launch of Halo 4 on November 6.
The game is only available on the Xbox 360.
