Activision Shares Latest Patch Notes for Call of Duty: Black Ops III

February 7, 2017 by Katrina Filippidis

Patch 1.20 fixes bugs, adds new effects & improves PS4 Pro performance.

The latest patch update for Call of Duty: Black Ops III is now live on Activision’s Support site. It outlines a couple of bug fixes and a resolution enhancement for the PS4 Pro, which will let the game capitalise on the dynamic 4K resolution of the system. There’s also a new Call of Duty World League logo.

The patch clocks in at a pretty solid 1.8GB download. Here are the full notes:

Multiplayer:

General

  • Added new CWL logo for 2017.
  • Additional PS4 Pro performance improvements for dynamic 4K.

In-Game Store

  • Added effects to the scroll bar to inform users if they have Black Market items “below the fold.”

Zombies:

Revelations

  • Fixed an issue where the DG-4 would not function properly after using a portal.
  • Fixed an issue that occurred if a player used the Anywhere But Here BGB while on the train.

Last year, analysts claimed that Call of Duty: Black Ops III was outselling Infinite Warfare, but the latter is still managing to stay on top of the sales charts.
