Shadowrun and Two Other Games will be Added to the Xbox Backwards Compatibility List

December 8, 2016 by Jordan Coetsee

Three games have been added to the backwards compatibility list for Xbox.

Xbox expands their backwards compatibility range between Xbox One and Xbox 360 with three new games. two of the three are Xbox Live arcade games- Space Arc and Shotest Shogi. The last game added is probably the most noticeable of the three, this game being Shadowrun.

Although this is the most noticeable out of the three games added, Shadowrun isn’t by any means an exceptional game. The game’s only real claim to fame was that at the time of its’ release the game offered cross-play between Xbox and PC versions. In essence, Shadowrun is an FPS perspective on the RPG series (which has since come back to life on PC).

Digital copies of the games should be in the Ready to Download list, or alternatively players can insert a game play disc for those who have it for Shadowrun.
