Red Dead Redemption 2

So far there is nothing we know officially about Red Dead Redemption 2 other than Rockstar Games is currently working on the third entry to the Red Dead series.
With Red Dead Redemption being a critically acclaimed hit and fans eager to continue with the Grand Theft Auto style gameplay set in the old west, Rockstar Games isn’t revealing just what all they have planned for their next entry quite yet. One thing is for sure, we certainly hope that Rockstar Games will at least offer PC gamers a chance to pick up the video game installment.
Horizon Zero Dawn

Horizon Zero Dawn will mark as the first IP developed by Guerrilla Games since their release of Killzone in 2004. This is an action role-playing video game title that is set a thousand years into the future.
Mankind has mysteriously fallen with cities only a shell of a once thriving society. Now only small tribal groups remain with giant mechanical predatory beasts roam the world openly. The plot will revolve around a female hunter named Aloy who sets out on a journey to explore the open world, meet with other tribes, and potentially learn of the reason mankind fell to being with.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will mark as the nineteenth main installment to The Legend of Zelda franchise. This time around, players will be placed in a large open-world environment with the ability to play through the game’s dungeons in any order.
Within The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, players will take on the role of Link after he awakens from a deep slumber that lasted a hundred years. A mysterious voice alerts link to reach a ruined Kingdom known as Hyrule where he will learn of Calamity Ganon, the antagonist who had previously destroyed Hyrule, though, during the process, he had trapped himself within the kingdom. Ultimately, Link will have to train and prepare for a battle against Calamity Ganon before he escapes and destroys the world.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will be the tenth installment in the Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon franchise. This time around, the game is set in Bolivia, where the rising power of drug cartels has become a concern to the United States Government.
To deal with this concern, the Government has sent in an elite special operations unit called “the Ghosts” to destroy the cartels. Unlike previous installments within the franchise, players will be set in an open world environment to explore and execute their given tasks.
Mass Effect: Andromeda

The next installment of the Mass Effect franchise will be launching during the second quarter of 2017. From what we know so far, Mass Effect: Andromeda will be taking place hundreds of years after the events of Mass Effect 3.
Set within the Andromeda Galaxy, players take on the role of an N7 Special Forces soldier, more specifically, a Pathfinder. These Pathfinders are an operative task force that is in charge of discovering new planets for the Human species to colonize.
Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves is all about being a pirate with a crew. Scavenge for treasure, loot islands, take to the open sea, and battle against other pirate crews that are unfortunate enough to come across your pathway.
User-generated content is a big feature for Sea of Thieves as well. Players will be able to craft their own custom stories using the various in-game tools. From there, these campaigns can be uploaded online for other players to download and enjoy.
Crackdown 3

Nearly a decade after the release of Crackdown 2, Reagent Games is bringing out the third installment, Crackdown 3. The video game doesn’t have too many details available quite yet though we do know that there is a big emphasis on destruction. Players will be able to destroy practically anything within the video game thanks to a Microsoft cloud computing platform known as Microsoft Azure.
State of Decay 2

There are not too many details released for State of Decay 2 as of right now. We do know that this video game is a sequel to the 2013 State of Decay and will focus heavily on cooperative gameplay with up to three other players.
Overall, State of Decay 2 is a zombie-survival game that lets players have their own unique story. While battling zombies is very much a key aspect of the upcoming title release, players are encouraged to work together in setting up their own community that’s able to successfully take out the undead threat.
Dual Universe

Dual Universe is an upcoming space simulation sandbox MMO. Developers are promising several combined elements from such titles as Eve Online, Star Citizen, Minecraft, and No Man’s Sky. Being set in a single-shared universe, players will be able to fully edit the gameworld by building structures to even altering the terrain. This is clearly an ambitious title, but one we’re eagerly waiting for.

Rime is an upcoming adventure platforming title from Tequila Works. The video game takes place in a beautiful yet rugged world as our protagonist, a young boy, awakens to find himself alone. Players will explore the world and solve puzzles in order to unravel the deeply guarded secrets of this enigmatic island setting.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3

Another installment within the Sniper series is set to launch this year. Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 takes place in modern-day with a series of conflicts between three hostile factions. A new proxy war and civil war has broke up in Georgia which leads our protagonists, an American Marine Captain named Jonathan North, to set off in order find and eliminate the threat before another Cold War breaks out.
Subnautica

Subnautica is an upcoming futuristic video game in which players crash land into a water-based planet. This is not too different from other titles you’ve likely heard about in the past. However, since the game is predominately set underwater, this is a fresh new take on an exploration adventure game.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2

Xenoblade Chronicles was a big hit for the Nintendo Wii U and we’re getting a sequel for Nintendo’s next upcoming console release, the Nintendo Switch. Much of the game mechanics will likely make a return though the story will evidently star a new character. While we don’t know too much about the narrative for the upcoming video game, it has been revealed that the new character will be searching the world for “Elysium”.
Gravity Rush 2

Gravity Rush 2 will be picking up right after the events of Gravity Rush. What we know so far is that most of the main characters from Gravity Rush will be making a return. The story will follow princess Kat after a gravity storm hits and sucks Kat, Raven, and Syd into a gravitational whirlpool and lands them into a mining settlement called Banga village.
Agents of Mayhem

Agents of Mayhem is a spiritual successor to the Saints Row series. Overall, the plot takes place after the “recreate Earth” ending of Saints Row: Gat out of Hell. A new organization is formed called M.A.Y.H.EM., with the goal of stopping a terrorist group known as L.E.G.I.O.N. from destroying the world’s nations.
