Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has always been a popular video game pickup and remained popular with fans thanks to mods released on the PC platform. With that said, the default retail version of video game has started to show its age and it certainly came with more than a few bugs, glitches, and crashes. Needless to say, there was an overwhelmingly positive response when the development team announced that they were releasing a remastered version of the video game on PC and more importantly, the latest generation of consoles.

Gamers who might have missed out on the original release of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, which released back in 2011 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC, can now enjoy an enhanced version of the video game on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and once again, the PC. While gamers who have been enjoying Skyrim on the PC platform have had access to modifications that greatly enhanced gameplay and visuals for the video game, there’s likely a nice group of new players that Bethesda can tap into for the PC platform.

If you’re one of those gamers who have yet to enjoy the epic tale then you’ll want to take note of the system requirements to run the upcoming Skyrim: Special Edition by taking a look at both the minimum and recommended specifications down below.
