The apocalypse is approaching and THQ is looking to outfit gamers with some awesome survival gear. Oh, and also to promote Metro: Last Light. As one of the more impressive pieces of swag given out in the latter half of E3 2012, these gas masks are fully functional. Each mask comes with a custom canvas bag and a real filter.
We're giving away three of these gas masks and all you have to do is be as creative as this piece of marketing. Meet the following requirements and you can have a chance to win a mask of your own.

– Comment on this article with a story of at least 200 words about surviving the apocalypse using three of the following five items: an Abraham Lincoln impersonator, the original Star Wars trilogy on VHS, a case of butterscotch pudding, an original Xbox controller (the giant one), and $50 in quarters.
The version THQ is giving out is made for general civilian use during chemical and biological warfare. Made of rubber, they fit any head size – barring Andre the Giant – and will keep you breathing easy. What you do with this gas mask once its in your possession is up to you.
