They’ll handle the console versions, in addition to the physical PC release for the game.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance has won the attention of a big name publisher. The game’s journey began back in January 2014 with a successful Kickstarter campaign that gave the developers at Warhorse Studios the foundation necessary to make their project happen. From then on, they’ve managed to deliver progress updates on a pretty consistent basis over on their YouTube channel. Slowly as time passed, we got to see this single-player first-person medieval RPG game come to life as they showcased the combat systems and other governing dynamics of what makes the game tick.

That seemed to pay off for the studio, as they’ve recently announced a co-publishing deal with Deep Silver. According to the announcement post, Koch Media will handle the console version distribution in addition to the physical version of the PC release. The digital version for PC will still remain with Warhorse Studios, however. Control over social media and other communication channels will still remain in the hands of the game studio as well. Finally, the deal will not have an impact on the launch date, and both the physical and digital versions of the game are expected to release at the same time next year.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is set to release in 2017 for PC (Mac/Linux), PS4, and Xbox One. To learn more about the game, check out their website, Twitter, and Facebook.
