Koei Tecmo CEO and president Yoichi Erikawa took the stage at TGS 2016 to showcase his skills in Nioh. He expertly battles his way through the stage to face off with the Jorogumo yokai at the end.
In Japanese folklore, a Jorogumo is a orb weaver spider who, once they reach their 400th birthday, reaches the size of a cow and can turn into a beautiful woman. The Jorogumo uses its charms to play the biwa in order to lure men into its traps and bind their feet to store them away to feed on them later.
In addition to that awesome gameplay video, the results of the beta are in. The tweaks that are being made following player feedback are listed here.
You can delete the Nioh beta game data if you need to make some room on your hard drive. If you get rid of this data if won’t affect Mark of the Conquerer and Mark of the Warrior.
The Mark of the Conquerer is restricted to North America, and once redeemed, players “will be able to receive the bonuses with the full version of the game regardless of it being in the PS4 library or not.”
Nioh is releasing worldwide on February 9, 2017 for PS4.
