So far it’s been a great day in terms of horror video game titles. Earlier today we reported news of Allison Road, the successor to P.T. has been picked back up after previously being cancelled. Now, a new extended trailer has been released for Agony, another upcoming horror title. We have to label this trailer as NSFW and definitely not a video aimed at children.
There’s not much in terms of story for this upcoming video game title which is currently in-development from Madmind Studio. According to the official website for the video game, Agony is an upcoming first-person survival horror game where players will awake in hell with no memories of their past,
Instead of enduring tournament for the rest of eternity, gamers must use their special ability to possess humans to simple minded demons as they hunt for the Red Goddess.
From the trailer, it seems that the Red Goddess may know the way out of hell, but there’s only one way to know for sure. This disturbing trailer gives players a glimpse into the horrifying world that Madmind Studio has crafted for their video game, but right now, there’s no official specific release date as to when we can explore that world ourselves.
For now, Agony has a launch window of sometime within the second quarter of 2017, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms.
