Big Robot is the developer of the open-world stealth game called Sir, You Are Being Hunted. The next project has from Big Robot is called, The Signal From Tölva.
The Signal From Tölva is a first person sci-fi exploration shooter that is in development for PC and Mac, and is due out in 2017. The game’s location is the ruins of an ancient civilization.
The Signal From Tölva. features hacking and puzzle solving in addition to exploration and open-world stealth, much like its predecessor, Sir, You Are Being Hunted.
The trailer shows a robot faction in addition to the player searching the landscape for something, but it is unknown what the objective is.
Similar mechanics to Sir, You Are Being Hunted have been adapted into this new landscape and sci-fi setting.
Big Robot worked with artist Ian McQue to achieve the game’s unique aesthetic. The Signal From Tölva is slated for a 2017 release.
