Microsoft’s Xbox One Summer Update is expected to include the Cortana assistant, background music, and several other features.
Currently background music functionality is only supported by the Pandora app, but Microsoft plans to introduce more apps soon.

The features included on Xbox One are background music, Cortana, Improved Game Collection, Language Region Independence, and Xbox and Windows Store convergence.
In addition there will be vast improvements to the interface of the Windows Store, a Facebook Friend Finder, and improved sharing on the Xbox One.
For the Xbox app and Windows 10 PC Gaming, some of the specs include the Top Windows 10 PC games showing up on Xbox Live, a 60 fps game clip recording system with the Game Bar and also to go along with this, Windows Game Bar improved full-screen support.
The the Xbox app on Mobile, it is now available on both iOS and Android systems. The app brings together a user’s friends, games, and accomplishments across all of their devices.
It is an easy way to stay connected to the Xbox Live community, see what friends are playing, share game clips and screenshots, and view achievements through the app.
