Max Payne Mobile Announced

May Payne 3 is relatively close, how would you like a new way to catch up on the plots of the old games whilst on the move?

If you were confused as to how Grand Theft Auto III could function on iOS, this one will totally blow you away. Rockstar have just announced that they're bringing the original Max Payne game to iPhone and iPad, with an Android release coming in a couple of weeks. It's the full game, complete with touch controls, HD graphics, high resolution textures and social club connectivity.

There's no word yet as to whether the PC version of the game will be getting any updates to go along with the work already done on iOS, but give that it hasn't been specifically announced it seems unlikely. That's a shame, because no doubt there are people out there ready to play again but that don't necessarily want to play around with all the little problems that have developed since the game was released.

Max Payne Mobile will be available on April 12th, no price has been announced. More details on the Android version, including compatible devices, will be announced over the com
