Celeberate Cave World’s Anniversary With iOS Discounts

April 5, 2012 by Ron Taylor

Cave World puts up a ton of its games on discount on the iOS Appstore.

Espgaluda 2

Siliconera brings us of word of Cave World's anniversary and a sale on a few of their iOS titles to celeberate it. While Epsgaluda II and DoDanpachi Ressurection admittedly go from really expensive to expensive (from $7.99 to $5.99 fot the standard versions and $13.99 to $10.99 for the HD, iPad versions), Bug Panic for $.99 is an absolute steal. $2.99 for Bug Princess and the original DoDonpachi doesn't sound too bad, either.

I really like iOS games, but there are a few publishers/developers who don't quite get the pricing I feel. Part of the platforms appeal is the fact you can get small yet satisfying games for paultry amounts. For me, charging the same as you wound on PSN or XBL is a huge turnoff (I've never bought a Square Enix iOS game, for instance.)

If you're like me in this respect, this may be one of the sales you've been waiting for. It kicks off April 7th and lasts until April 15th.
