Gamers Can Finish The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild Without Going Through Story

June 15, 2016 by Dennis Patrick

Gamers can go directly to final boss from very beginning.

Fans of The Legend of Zelda franchise finally got quite the rundown for the upcoming installment, The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild during this year’s E3 event. One of the interesting aspects that have been stated by producers of the video game is that players could go through the game instantly without having to actually go through the entire storyline.

The upcoming The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild video game is very open world and it allows gamers to explore endlessly. Because of this new open world scheme, gamers could go directly to the end boss and finish the game without unveiling any storyline points.

This tidbit of information came from Polygon after they spoke with game producer Eiji Aonuma.

“Users may not actually get the full story depending on how they play this game and how they strategize and solve puzzles. Users are able to go to the very end goal without revealing why Link woke up the way he did and where he did. Whether you want to reveal the storyline and find out why Link woke up, or you want to just go straight to the goal, that’s an option totally up to the user.”

It’s nice knowing that the game will allow players to decide when they are capable of taking down the end boss for the game while also trailing off from having to continue through any additional storylines. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait a bit longer before we can get our hands on a copy as The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild will not be releasing until 2017 for the Wii U and Nintendo NX.
