Alien Fear Announced for the Xbox 360 and PS3

April 3, 2012 by Ian Miles Cheong

A new FPS called Alien Fear is slated to be released on the PSN and XBLA.

With no end to the generic FPS, City Interactive has announced a new "arcade-style" first-person shooter called Alien Fear. Powered by the Unreal Engine 3, Alien Fear is being designed for both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3.

The game is described a a "head-long rush of adrenaline-filled, close quarter combat where players assume the role of a highly trained elite commando on a mission of sabotage."

It sounds like basically every other first person shooter, but knowing so little about it, we're willing to give the game a chance and play it when it's released on the Xbox LIVE Arcade and the PlayStation Network. There's no release date yet, but it's expected to come out sometime this year.
