We may now know about GTA 6 Online, and it’s from an unlikely source.

Bloomberg interviewed Twitch CEO Dan Clancy in a feature about GTA 6. As shared by GameRoll, he said this:
We spent a lot of time talking with Rockstar about their plans, and also helping them think about how they can engage our creators.
You are going to see this big bump with GTA 6, but then an even bigger one next year when they launch multiplayer.
We do have to acknowledge that the Twitch CEO has a poor reputation, for controversies that stem from last year and before. That can be taken as a sign that he is an unreliable source.
But in context of this interview, Dan appears to have been negligent and let word out on Take-Two’s plans before they could reveal it themselves. It’s an awkward situation since nopixel just launched on GTA Online last week. But then again, Take-Two’s plans may be for GTA RP to join GTA 6’s online a few years down the line.
