Bethesda's done the fans of Skyrim a favor with its release of high definition textures for the game. Weighing in at over 3 gigabytes, you might be curious to see what the graphics look like before you decide to download the huge DLC.
With that in mind, Snoopey0 has put together a neat comparison for the official Skyrim HD Texture Pack on YouTube. The video can be seen below.
There appears to be some major improvement to the game's item textures. The improvements to the terrain appear to be marginal until you view the textures up close. Needless to say, it's a nice upgrade for PC gamers.
