Star Wars: The Old Republic beta testing has finished up with a sweet rave party, with lightsabres proving to be the ultimate glow sticks.
In a last minute stress-test, Bioware encouraged players to gather in their faction’s capital and shake it like a Polaroid picture. Despite being the wee hours of the morning for those located in the US (past midnight in New York,) a disco-fever epidemic broke out.
The stress test also proved that when given a license to party, the world of The Old Republic isn’t too different from real life, with players discarding clothing left, right and center. Multiple instances on every server were reported, with Jedi and Sith alike acknowledging it was time to party hard.
The dudes over at Dualshockers have some awesome pictures of the chaos. Thankfully, there have been no reports of shuffling or LMFAO whatsoever, proving that there is still hope for parties everywhere.
