Four years of Rock Band, thousands upon thousands of DLC tracks and millions of players – Rock Band is a fantastic phenomenon. When Guitar Hero died, with it died a lot of confidence in the genre but, despite that, Rock Band managed to continue to offer quality DLC from bands the average person has actually heard of and music that has a degree of musicality, rather than two power chords and a lot of screaming (the RBN is always an option though).
And, to celebrate those 4 years, Harmonix have decided to reward 100 lucky Americans (yup…) with the top 10 DLC packs, recently voted on via their Facebook and on their forums. You can join in by replying to the original thread, using the Facebook app or using the Twitter app.
In all fairness, if you've been playing Rock Band for any length of time you probably already have the majority of these tracks, but it'd be a really nice way of starting a collection – a really nice way of going back to the game.
