Haha, oh yeah; now THAT'S a trailer!
I have never played any of the 'Saints Rows' games before and I really can't come up with a reason as to why that is so. I enjoyed all the game play footage from the first two that I have seen and though it looked hilarious and very fun to play, I just didn't get around to buying it. Anyway, after watching this incredibly hilarious trailer, I am sold. Sold a million times over.
Dildo bat? Check.
Over the top take downs? Check.
Prostitutes? Check.
Farts in a jar? Check.
Burt Reynolds?! Check!
I don't know about you, but that is all I ever wanted in a game. So, I am going to stop the vicious cycle of passing on Saint Row games and dive head first into the 3rd instalment of the franchise.
Saints Row: The Third is a sandbox-style action video game being developed by Volition, Inc. and is slated for release on November 15th in North America and November 18th in Europe. The 3rd Saints Row game has the player control the leader of the Third Street Saints. The game takes place in the fictional city of Steelport, and the story focuses on the gang war between the Saints and The Syndicate, a rival criminal group.
