Left 4 Dead 2 players will be getting their first filling of DLC, The Passing, releasing today. The highlight of the DLC will be a meeting with old foes from the original Left 4 Dead but that’s not all as the download package will also include new single player, multiplayer and cooperative campaign for the PC and Xbox 360.
The Passing takes place immediately after the Dead Center campaign in a small town in Georgia and will offer a new cooperative challenge mode of play, support for infected bot play, a new zombie class, golf club as a melee weapon and M-60 firearm.
The Passing DLC will be available for free on the PC and $7 (560 MS Points) on the Xbox 360.
