If you’re a fan of Marvel and their MCU, you are on top of the world right now, because at San Diego Comic-Con, they did everything possible to show you that their future is bright, and you have a lot of things to look forward to. If you’re a fan of DC Comics, you’re kind of on a knife edge right now in regards to the DCEU. Because despite Warner Bros Discovery having all sorts of reports coming out about what they’re thinking of doing with the DCEU…nothing has happened yet…like at all. So once again, it’s up to the fans to do something, and one fan has tried to start a movement via Project Justice League 2.
As you can see in the trailer above, Project Justice League 2 takes storyboard art and weaves it into a trailer complete with voice overs and music to really help it feel like it’s part of the Snyderverse. Do recall that the original plan for the Justice League movies was to be a three-part epic by Zack Snyder, and when he was still in charge of the DCEU he had the entire arc planned out in terms of what he was going to do with it. Including the united forces of Earth and space coming together to put an end to Darkseid once and for all.
But, he never got that chance due to Warner Bros pulling the rug out from under him, and the fans have been trying to get him back in the drivers’ seat ever since.
It also should be noted that in the tweet there is a link to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. That is due to the loss of Autumn Snyder, Zack’s daughter, whom he dedicated his full version of Justice League to.
Showing once again that while Zack Snyder fans are passionate about getting their man back in DC Comics films, they know what’s really important and are trying to prevent another tragic loss of life.
