Sunless Sea is set to expand soon. Despite the lack of a release date, its developers at Failbetter Games have released a trailer for the upcoming expansion, dubbed Zubmariner.
As the name suggests, players will go underwater–or under the Unterzee–in the expansion with the Zub, a conversion of your surface ship to an underwater vessel. When you're sailing around, you'll have opportunities to dive beneath the waves.
The game will come with a lot of graphical upgrades to the lighting, which can be seen in the newly released video.
Sunless Sea can be picked up on Steam for $18.99. We'll report more details on Zubmariner as information becomes available.
