Activision has officially announced PlatinumGames’ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan with a new trailer.
The trailer sets the stage for a conventional action story, with a plot straight out of the original Mirage comics. The Foot Clan, who spent a long time hiding in the shadows of Manhattan, enact a plan to take over the city, led by Shredder. The turtles also resurface, and with April’s and Splinter’s help, defend their home.

· Armaggon (shark mutant)
· Rock Soldier (possibly either Traag or Granitor)
If you don’t know any of these by name, don’t worry! Lore was never that important in TMNT. As you can see in the trailer above, the Turtles are all about action, and PlatinumGames is set to deliver in spades.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan will be releasing in Summer 2016 for PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4.
