Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen Releasing On PC Next Month, System Requirements Revealed

December 18, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

Your mid range and even lower end PCs might be able to run, but there’s no guarantee for integrated graphics support.

Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen is coming to Windows on January 16, 2016.

To commemorate the occasion, Capcom released a new announce trailer for the game, showing off the PC exclusive features. This version will have 4K and full 60 FPS support, and it will bundle all previous DLC within it.

If you may remember, however, this is essentially a port of a 7th generation game. As such, system requirements aren’t actually that high. Capcom also indicates PCs with integrated graphics cards and discrete GPUs have not been tested. They’re not sure if they will work on those kinds of PCs, but of course, fans could give these games a try. It would be nice if Capcom released a demo so those PC owners could test it out.

You can read minimum and recommended system requirements below.

MINIMUM:

  • OS: Windows Vista or newer
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 660 CPU or equivalent
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Radeon HD 5870 or equivalent
  • DirectX: Version 9.0c
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 22 GB available space
  • Sound Card: DirectX-compatible sound card or onboard audio chip
  • Additional Notes: 1) Supports Keyboard+Mouse and XInput/DirectInput devices including Xbox 360, Xbox One, DualShock and Steam Controller.
    2) Some high end integrated graphics chips and modern gaming laptops with a discrete GPU may work but have not been tested, nor are they officially supported by Capcom.

RECOMMENDED:

  • OS: Windows Vista or newer
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-4770K or equivalent
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 or equivalent
  • DirectX: Version 9.0c
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 22 GB available space
  • Sound Card: DirectX-compatible sound card or onboard audio chip
  • Additional Notes: 1) Supports Keyboard+Mouse and XInput/DirectInput devices including Xbox 360, Xbox One, DualShock and Steam Controller.
    2) Some high end integrated graphics chips and modern gaming laptops with a discrete GPU may work but have not been tested, nor are they officially supported by Capcom.
