The Art of Broken Age Now Available for Preorder

December 16, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

This will look good on your shelf.

Dark Horse Books has announced a partnership with Double Fine Productions to produce an art book for their adventure game Broken Age.

Broken Age broke records for crowdfunding pledges when it was originally launched and kicked off the crowdfunding trend that brought us games like Pillars of Eternity, The Banner Saga and Elite: Dangerous.

The Art of Broken Age will feature hundreds of pieces of art, along with commentary from the game's creator Tim Schafer, lead artist Nathan Stapley, concept artists Peter Chan and Scott Campbell, and art director Lee Perry. Other developers also provide input and commentary on the artwork.

The book is available in both standard and limited editions, and early pledgers who backed the title on Kickstarter will receive a special edition of the book with an exclusive signed tip-in plate from the artists.

The book will be available in stores on May 25, 2016. You can pre-order a copy today from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Indiebound.
