In fact, these are the first two screenshots, of the Beauclair palace, as well as Toussaint. Toussaint happens to be well known for their vineyards and wine, and presumably, this is the source of the game’s intrigue. Beauclair alone looks many times larger than the villages that neighbor it.
Certainly, CD Projekt RED is making huge promises about the amount of open world the expansion will add in. There’s also the promise of vinery intrigues, straight out of an Edgar Allan Poe gothic novel. What are you looking forward to in Blood and Wine? Share your thoughts with us in the comments.
The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine will be released across all platforms, Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Feel free to click the pictures below to see them full size.
