While Horizon Zero Dawn, Guerilla Games’ latest endeavor, was announced at E3 2015 during Sony’s press conference, and a gameplay demo that was originally only shown to press behind closed doors was released publicly at Paris Games Week yesterday, the developer is not slowing down and has released a storyboard trailer that shows a shot by shot recreation of Horizon Zero Dawn’s reveal trailer from E3 2015.
On the left is the same trailer from E3 this year and on the right is the storyboard elements that the revealed trailer is based on.
Horizon Zero Dawn is the story of a woman and her tribe in a futuristic Earth where humanity is forced to survive the threat of machines that walk around as dinosaurs did millions of years ago. It is expected to be released next year exclusively on PlayStation 4.
Other news to come out of PlayStation’s press conference at Paris Games Week yesterday includes a release window for No Man’s Sky, a sequel to Until Dawn that is exclusive to PlayStation VR, and Quantic Dream’s newest game, Detroit: Become Human.
