Alisha-Centric Tales of Zestiria DLC Free Until Nov. 19

October 23, 2015 by Michael Fossbakk

Alisha’s Conviction DLC follows events of main game.

A piece of DLC for Tales of Zestiria, titled Alisha’s Conviction, is free to download until Nov. 19.

A code for the DLC can be acquired through Bandai Namco’s website for PC/Steam players. PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 players can do the same and head to Bandai Namco’s website or simply download it straight from the PlayStation Store.

The DLC is set after the events of the main game and stars Alisha, one of the game’s main cast members. An official description of the DLC with minor spoilers can be read below:

Alisha has since ended her journey with Sorey, and begins to walk her path as a lawmaker and politician. And yet, she is still unsure of so many things. Will she find Sorey…? And her own answer in the process? An all new journey in the world of Zestiria awaits you!

Grabbing Alisha’s Conviction will also grant players the Green Herbs of Goodness DLC for free, however, this is only listed on Bandai Namco’s website and not the PlayStation Store listing making it unclear if the Green Herbs of Goodness DLC is exclusive to those that acquire Alisha’s Conviction through Bandai Namco’s website.

The developer notes that while Alisha’s Conviction can be played before completing the main game, it is not advised due to Alisha’s Conviction containing spoilers for the main game.

Tales of Zestiria was first released in Japan on Jan. 22, 2015 for PS3. It was recently released in North America and Europe on PS3, PS4, and PC. PS4 and PC players can enjoy improved resolutions (1080p on PS4, up to 4k on PC), but Zestiria’s framerate will remain locked at 30 due to the Tales of battle system.
