Capcom has revealed Ace Attorney 6 is going to be an ensemble cast deal, as Apollo Justice joins Phoenix Wright as its deuteragonist.
While Phoenix is preoccupied with cases in the Kingdom of Kurain, Apollo was left behind holding the fort back home. Apollo’s return also brings hope that the rest of the cast will be making appearances in the game as well, even if they’re not part of the main story.
Going back to Phoenix, aside from the feisty monarch Leifa, Phoenix will be taking on prosecutor Winston Payne, as well as another unnamed undefeated attorney in another case. Certainly, it promises to be a larger storyline than we’ve seen in prior Ace Attorney games, especially since Capcom has yet to bring up the Fey clan’s connection to the Kingdom of Kurain.
Ace Attorney 6 will be releasing in Japan next year for 3DS. It will also be releasing in the US and Europe.
