Twitch Plays Fallout 3, Goes About as Well as You’d Expect

September 21, 2015 by Stephen Daly

The Lone Wanderer with a thousand masters.

We've come a long way since the heady days of Twitch Plays Pokemon, with users of the streaming site now going through Bethesda's 2008 RPG Fallout 3.

Very little is happening right now but maybe that will change when people figure out how to exit the Pip-boy's menus. Our Lone Wanderer is travelling through the Capital Wasteland with a score of 1 for Perception and 5 for everything else except luck, which is 10.

There's currently over 1,000 people watching and the stream has more than 1,800 followers at the time of writing.

It may seem like a confused mess, mostly because it is, but not that long ago Twitch Plays Dark Souls defeated that game's hardest boss pair by adopting a turn-based control method.

Who knows, maybe they'll get out of Vault 101 by the time Fallout 4 launches on November 10th. You can watch the video of the stream in action below.
