Prison Architect is set for release this October, developer Introversion has announced.
While the prison sim has been in alpha for a while now, a series of regular updates have introduced significant improvements. Alpha 35 is available from today and will add a feature to the gangs system allowing prisoners to trade contraband for cash behind bars.
Protection rackets are also being added and you can find out more about these features in the above video.
Prison Architect Version 1 launches in October but we don't have an exact date just yet and the game has certainly come a long way since its initial 2013 alpha release.
