While Sony has previously confirmed that Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will be released in 2022, no date has been given. According to the SteamDB, however, the game could be coming this summer. Uncharted isn’t the only game listed, with some unreleased games appearing on the dated list.
According to the internal data, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will be coming to Steam on July 15, 2022.
Other curious dates listed are as follows:
- Stray – April 19
- Bomb Rush Cyberfunk – May 26
- Oxenfree II: Lost Signals – June 30
- Sonic Frontiers – September 1
- Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown – September 22
Steam currently requires developers to set a planned release date in the backend for a game to have a proper store page, even if the information doesn’t match what’s listed on the customer-facing product page. These may be placeholders, but given that Sony has already confirmed Nathan Drake’s jump to PC sometime this year, Uncharted‘s listed date is not outside the realm of possibility.
Stray coming so soon seems wrong, so it’s important to take this information with a grain of salt overall. The highly-anticipated title Atomic Heart is listed as having a June 22 release date, but the most recent trailer released last month confirmed that it will be arriving in the last four months of 2022.
The PC version of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection is being developed by Iron Galaxy, who has previously worked on ports for big-name franchises like Bioshock, Batman, Destiny, Diablo III, and Overwatch.
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, a remastered version of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, was released for PlayStation 5 on January 28, 2022. Many fans have wondered why the PC release is being staggered, as the Legacy of Thieves collection was released on PS5 to tie in with the recent release of the Uncharted film. Currently, the movie starring Tom Holland has pulled in over $300 million at the box office.
