There are only months left to go before the Doom reboot finally arrives on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, but nonetheless the wait feels hellish. One artist has put that time to good use with this stunning tribute to the game, expertly modeled in resin.
This sculpted diorama, recreating the iconic cover of the original Doom, was crafted by 3D modeler and character and texture artist Siamak Roshani and photographed by Daniel M Med. Not much else is known about it, other than it is entitled Doom: Knee Deep In The Dead (after the first episode of the game), and that it is awesome. Frankly, that it is awesome is all we really need to know.
