The official domain for Fallout 4 (Fallout4.com) has gone online early, ahead of the studio's countdown that they published early yesterday. On the site there's a trailer that can't be viewed yet because Bethesda hasn't yet set it to public, and a picture of the game's box art, which can be seen below.
It would appear that the game has been confirmed for the PC, Xbox One and PS4 based on the box art available. No word on what the release date for the game is yet, but we'll be keeping you updated throughout the day as more information becomes available.
Here's a piece of artwork that they published on the website, while you wait for them to put the site back online and the video it's supposed to be showing. It makes for a gorgeous wallpaper. Click for a larger image.

Fallout 4 appears to be set in Boston, judging from the "Scollay Square" text seen in this image still taken from the game's trailer, which isn't online yet. If you're wondering how we managed to capture it, it's because a still of it appears when you try to load it up:
