Gamestop Teases Red Hood Story Pack for Batman Arkham Knight

Gamestop has started talking about Red Hood a bit more, and this might mean something big, considering that the last we heard about the character was almost a year ago. Red Hood is going to be playable as a Gamestop-exclusive DLC, and they’re getting started on hyping it up.

The live action trailer for Batman Arkham Knight dropped last week, calling on players to #BeTheBatman. The trailer shows people in different dangerous situations, and just as they look like they’re going to let the bad things happen, they suddenly become inspired to stand up for what’s right. Gamestop built on this, releasing their own version: “There’s justice, and then there’s vengeance. #BeTheRedHood”

The Red Hood is clearly not Batman. He doesn’t abide by the same moral code, and seems to be fine with killing. There’s no clear indication of what his motivation is, and the slogan implies that Red Hood is out to get someone. We do know that he’s angry with Batman for not killing the Joker, so maybe that’s what he’s after. We wouldn’t put it past him.

We’re probably going to get a live action Red Hood trailer from Gamestop soon, and we’re not even going to pretend that we’re not excited for it.
