It is rumored that Dishonored 2 is in active development, but will not be unveiled at E3 2015.
A source from within Bethesda identified Arkane studios as the developer, and explained that the game needs more time before it is ready for an unveiling.
However, this does not rule out the possibility of a tease at E3, so between this and Fallout 4, Bethesda may have an exciting E3 conference yet.
Earlier rumors stated that Dishonored 2 would be revealed at Gamescom 2014, but of course, this did not come to pass. Not coincidentally, this is the same source spreading rumors of Dishonored 2 and Fallout 4 appearing at this year’s E3.
