Overlord: Fellowship of Evil Announced

April 23, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

It’s a four-player co-op game.

UK publisher Codemasters has announced Overlord: Fellowship of Evil, following a brief teaser released yesterday morning.

This time around, following the demise of the previous Overlord, players will assume the role of one of four Netherghuls, masters of the dark arts hellbent on reclaiming the world from the good guys.

The game is s et to feature both local and online co-op and offer gameplay that varies from the original Overlord formula, offering four-player cooperative gameplay as its core element. Interestingly enough, it's also playable offline in single-player.

It's written by Rhianna Pratchett, the writer of the first two Overlord games and Tomb Raider, whom you can see discuss the game in the following video.

Overlord: Fellowship of Evil is due for release digitally during 2015 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC and is priced at $19.99.
