Gamespy went and put together this rather nice video showing off the differences in graphic fidelity between Deus Ex: Human Revolution on PC and PS3. While the compressed video loses a lot of the finer detail of the PC footage, it's pretty obvious regardless that the PC version comes out on top. It's not really a surprise, but if you've got a decent PC and a PS3 and you're wondering which platform to pick up the game on, now you know.
