Nvidia PhysX FleX Demo Shows Gaming’s Future

As gamers, we often trudge through titles without thinking about the amount of work that went into every painstaking detail of the environment – I know I'm guilty of it. Every now and again, a video or other piece of material comes along that reminds us how much work is required to develop video games.

A new Nvidia demo showcasing their PhsyX FleX technology has recently surfaced. Sure, it might seem a bit boring – but this is what makes your games great. The increasingly realistic physics that have surfaced as a result of productions such as this are the reason games keep improving.

The video below is essentially the future of gaming. This amazing technology will almost certainly make its way to PC gaming before consoles, as is the nature of most Nvidia products. That said, all improvements in any area of game development will end up benefitting the whole at some point.
