Halo 5: Guardians could be one of the biggest entertainment releases of the year, and is being described as one of Microsoft's biggest launches across the entire company this year.
That's according to Xbox marketing executive Aaron Greenberg, and would be an impressive statement if true, given that Microsoft is launching Windows 10 in 2015.
In terms of entertainment launches, Halo 5 is up against major movies including Avengers: Age of Ultron and Star Wars: The Force Awakens while it faces challenges in gaming from the likes of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and the inevitable next Call of Duty.
Greenberg made his comments during the Inner Circle Podcast, in which he also said game leaks are impossible to stop.
Halo 5: Guardians is set for release exclusively on Xbox One this year.
