The Black Emporium allowed players to change their character's appearance and voice, as well as buy powerful items. On the BioWare Blog, the developer wrote:
"As part of the beta, participants will have access to the Black Emporium, a mysterious underground shop run by an immortal proprietor. There, Inquisitors can find powerful artifacts and tools to aid their cause, purchase epic weapons, powerful accessories, new crafting materials and schematics, and even change their voice and facial appearance using the Mirror of Transformation."
Armour tinting is another change, as is the ability to bind additional mouse buttons, and create an auto-attack key for single player. Beta participants will also be able to adjust the size of subtitles, and a shader quality setting has been added to graphics options.
Party storage has also been added to the game in Skyhold's Undercroft.
BioWare says they cannot currently confirm when this patch will be available for everyone on PC or other platforms.
