Paranautical Activity has returned to Steam – under new management.
Digerati Distribution, an indie game publisher, has taken over full rights to the game from Code Avarice.
To recap, Code Avarice got their game pulled from Steam the first time from the fallout of a death threat targeted at Gabe Newell over Twitter.
Paranautical Activity came back to steam today. Paranautical is not owned by Code Avarice anymore. Contact @DigeratiDM for all things PA.

While Code Avarice has announced the move, and Digerati has confirmed it with fans on Twitter, neither have shared details on the transfer of ownership.
Nick Alfieri of Digerati posted an announcement on the Steam page. He confirmed to existing owners that the game has returned. He also revealed that added content, including a pro guide, is now available. You should be able to get the guide from your game’s local files, but you can also contact Nick via email. Added content includes a new level type, a new item, and a new weapon.
Finally, the game has received a name change on Steam, as well as a new listing on GOGcom. Paranautical Activity Deluxe Atonement Edition on GOGcom includes dev footage & commentary, wallpapers, and everything mentioned above. It is also listed to be available for download this coming July31.
