NBA 2K16: Fans Want a ‘Generations’ Feature

February 6, 2015 by Stephen Daly

Imagine playing as the greatest rosters from each year, that’s what fans want.

The last few FIFA games have included Ultimate Team Legends, at least on Xbox, and this feature allows the best players from the past to be included with the best footballers today. NBA 2K16 fans are calling on 2K Sports to introduce a similar feature but with entire team rosters sorted by year.

One Redditor, using the name predator481, wrote: "You could press a button, like say maybe Triangle/Y, and it would drop down a box of the team's greatest rosters sorted by year. I'd just love to use the T-Mac Yao Rockets, Kidd Carter Nets, Amare Nash Suns, etc."

NBA 2K14 players on PC can download the UBR mod but it doesn't quite offer the same level of gameplay or graphical fidelity as 2K15 and, presumably, 2K16.

You can find out more fan requests for the game here, which recently began full body player scans.
