A Chronology of Assassin’s Creed

The Assassin’s Creed universe is developed around conspiracy theories involving an eternal war between the Templars and the Assassins, the latter of whom seek to defend mankind against whatever powers that the former group intends to unleash.

The story’s complex, and Ubisoft’s created a useful compilation of the game’s chronology, involving the entire Assassin’s Creed franchise to date, from the games to the graphic novels.

To date, Assassin’s Creed contains one of the most fleshed out backgrounds of any video game series. Needless to say, the games are well worth playing.
