It's been six months since Sony announced that it had helped Tim Schafer reacquire the rights to his final LucasArts adventure title, Grim Fandango. Tim and his team at Double Fine have been super busy getting Grim Fandango Remastered ready for prime time, and now you can get the jump on your friends by pre-ordering the Windows, OS X, or Linux version from GOG.com.
Grim Fandango Remastered is like the original only totally better. It's got sharper graphics! New music! Developer commentary! Better controls (although Tim swears by the original tank controls, which is why they are still included as an option)! And since this pre-ordered copy comes from GOG.com, it'll be DRM-free!
Grim Fandango Remastered will launch on January 27. It's also coming to PS4 and PS Vita this month.
